Kid was on NC teams at Bama, wouldn't have that had he been at LSU.

Those rings don't pay the bills. These kids don't see past the immediate future. They see competing for national championships as the immediate goal and NFL as a secondary future goal not realizing that most do not make it into the NFL...even those at Alabama. In the state of LA, if he has his LSU diploma on the wall of his sales related job, people are going to want to give him business or offer him a job. If he has a Bama diploma...well more will not see that as a plus.

Denzel Devall was the top rated LB in the state and can't earn a paycheck in the NFL. Undrafted but still on the Alabama payroll. Business decisions.

So wtf is the point of this post? Are you asserting that he would, without a doubt, be in the NFL had he gone to LSU, or is your Bama obsession so deep that you're searching for anything to try and make them look bad?

I'm a little confused as to what point you're trying to make, OP.

They don't have one. They thought they could get some quick upvotes by putting down Bama in anyway possible (even if it didn't really make sense). Sadly it worked. Just shows you how truly obsessed some of our fanbase is with Bama.

national championships are kind of a big deal. Not all La kids grow up loving LSU.

It is a media myth that Saban develops players. Outside of Julio Jones, it's hard to name a Bama player worth anything in the NFL.

[quote]Every time someone says stay in LA you will get taken care of. I wonder do guys who don't really play get "taken care of" after school?

If you are an athlete at LSU and earn your degree you are far more likely to succeed in Louisiana than a gump athlete with a degree from Alabama vying for the same Louisiana job. I don't need a poll or study to know this is true.

Why wouldn't they just stay in Alabama and work? I mean the player mentioned in the OP works for Bama now.

He played a lot for them last season. Some kids just don't make it.
