They all had a likeable personality. We need a players coach who surrounds himself with great coordinators. We've proven we got the money thing down, now we need to get a players coach.

Saban has a genuine personality. He's not likeable at times but hes very likeable at other times.

Saban was likable because he didn’t bullshite and said it like it is. People respect authenticity and winning.
