So what is your point?
Wanting immediate playing time and wanting to play WR are two different (but in this case, overlapping) things. Shep wanted to play right away...if that meant he would have to switch to WR, he was willing to do that. That doesn't mean he wanted to play WR, though.

TheBob, according to these guys Chris Garrett completely sucked too. Somehow Les recruited 2 QBs in 3 years and neither of them was worth a damn enough to stay at the QB position or even stay on the team as a QB after their freshman year.

Shep absolutely wanted to be the starting QB of the LSU football team
when he saw he wasn't going to get a chance to show what he could do in a game, and was on the bench for the 2009 florida game, he asked miles if he could do anything to get the ball in his hands.
which is where we are now.
yep,
ive said it a million times, the kids cousin lives down the street from me and Shep was pissed that he didnt get his chance, yes he knows his future in the NFL would be at WR but you can make that swith when you get there...bottom line is he wants the ball more and they are not giving it to him...yes he has dropped some balls, who hasnt...but they always throw terrible balls to him...not all his fault

First off, RS IS NOT a WR. Yes, the kid is fast but he has not excelled at the WR position because he just doesn't have the hands. You can't just convert any player to WR and expect him to be that good.
RS is average, at best, at playing the WR position. RR and TT should get far more balls thrown their way. RS should be used in the slot and should also get some hand-offs. I think he isn't utilized properly. Also, he may be a developed passer at this level but he has to be better at running the option than JJ. Running does not appear natural to JJ. He does not run like D. Thomas from Oregon or Pryor from OSU. They look very comfortable and smoother.

Did Shep take a single snap this year at Wildcat QB? Didn't he average around 7 ypc last year from that position? Crowton...truly a genius.

Not to my knowledge. I guess with the other 2 Qb's being the model of consistency, there was no need for Shep to do that.

RS is most definitely a WR and will be a dame good one next year and when he makes the jump to the NFL. Asking him to do so much as a freshman took away from his development at WR. He was much improved this year at the position and put a ton of time in to be where he's at having only played WR for essentially 1 season. The dude is a natural athlete and will excel. His routes need work but he's a guy who will put in the work and when the light comes on he'll be a game changer ala Reggie bush/desean Jackson. You'll have no choice but to double him and he'll soften defenses and affect every aspect of the offense. Oh yeah...we also need someone who can get him the ball and preferably in space.
