Absolutely not. Cherry picking a few statistics does not necesserily prove a point. It doesn't address many factors such as how much offense is off the books right now with a RS freshman, how much more was asked of the senior, and how much better/worse off the team is based on those factors.
LSU with Flynn this year would be much, much better offensively than where we are now. J. Lee needs more time. He's not there yet (which is totally reasonable given the fact that he's a RSF).
You can choose to disagree if you want.

SFP, why do all of your posts always seem like you, yourself, are trying to believe what you type?
Lee's rating may be higher than Flynn, but there are things that just aren't measured and Flynn has Lee beat by a mile. Lee will be better than Flynn, I believe, when it's all said and done...but as of now, I'd gladly take MF over him. That's just hypothetical, though, and like I said...Lee will be a good one.
Certain things just don't go into the stat book. Flynn's 3rd down success rate, I bet, was much higher than Lee's. Hmmm...what else?

Flynn's second half stats in big games were through the roof.

The presence of Heart is easily detectable. Hester, Dorsey, Flynn, and Ma-Ti all have it. Players such as Lee, JR, and Laron Landry just don't.

Im behind Lee 100% but you have to look at the intangibles about both players. Matt Flynn was the calmest dude on the field all of last year. He was the leader and had the fight of a tiger in him. He had the full confidence of every player on the team. Now for Lee, no matter what I hear from Miles, Byrd, Scott, whoever, I dont think they have that "Im with Lee until I die" mentality like they did with Flynn just yet. Give Lee time and he will turn out to be another Matt Flynn type leader and playmaker. Stats only tell half of the story. Mentality and Intangibles are the other half of the picture.

Kentucky's Defense disagrees.

I don't think Flynn had a game last year where the running game was so bad either as the UF game on Saturday.
Lee has made some mistakes, but he's still playing extremely well. The whole offense struggled to start the game, and then after the 3rd down pass that was behind Lafell in the 2nd half, the whole team shut down.
He played extremely well for his first road start in such a hostile environment.
This team is literally a defense away from contention, plain and simple.
