How can we add if we are at maximum?

Been stated multiple times from people on staff to reporters that LSU is not at 105 before adding these non-NFL players.

I counted players on the roster via LSU Football webpage. We have 105 players, puzzled af.

Grad transfers don't count toward the 105 this year

I think if walk ons were on the team before the scholarship rule change, they are grandfathered in and don't count against the 105 limit.
