Rocky is really fast but is very empty, I have buddies at Shaw that went to school at BC and they all say he has some kind of problem. He is not the best tackler either, just a speedster with height.

very empty? wtf does that mean? He needs water, gas for his car, no brains, food. I have a close friend that told me that he is future #1 draft pick and wiil be a player at LSU. How about those facts.

You're about to get suspended again for talking about recruits. I got one of those cute messages at the top of my tiger droppings too after stating that I hoped a couple of our lower commits didn't qualify academically (2 of them ended up not qualifying).

I didn't realize some people here were such experts at the strategies of recruiting. I know zero about this kid first of all except that he wasn't on the fans radar. While it may me possible LSU could have waited to offer Duplessis and still get him later, did it ever occur that maybe they like him enough that there is no point in waiting? The staff DOES know more about the kids than you do. I'm not saying they can't be wrong, but don't act like you know they are at this point.

I wasn't bashing the guy's ability... hell, I've never heard of him..

Just stating obvious concerns as a Tiger fan... I have faith in Les and his staff and they obviously like this cat, but why lock up a guy like that who we could wait 8 months on and see how the product developes in his senior year in high school?

It only makes sense to me...

I invite you to go to hell.

Did it occur to you that maybe they offered this early because they think the recruiting heat will pick up later, and they want to cut off Bama, Ole Miss, Florida and others at the knees now?

And it makes sense to me that Les wanted the guy now! Why wait if you know you want him now and he BLEEDS PURPLE and GOLD?

Only one on that list that will / has gone after him is ole miss. LSU could easily beat ole miss in 8 months.

risk of this? very lows

if a better DB recuit wants to come here in 6 months, but we're full, what do we do then? can't cut this kid off at that point

There aren't many unknown random arse players that are HUGE sleepers where the schools will just flock for his signature. Rarely happens and this is certainly not one of those cases. LSU could have easily waited and gotten him later.

if that happens, i could see a possible greyshirt offer to duplessis, which may make sense since he 'bleeds' p&g, and would eventually have a full ride in due time.
