Thanks guys. It took me a little longer to gather the data on an AB basis as opposed to game by game stats just so it would be more accurate. I'll keep updating it throughout the remainder of the year

This looks good man. It illustrates the greatest thing about his BA, which is that he has actually trended UPWARD as the level of competition has increased. Amazing!

We should have known after his first AB he was going to have a historic year

One of my co-workers wanted to bet me money that Todd Walker flirted with .500 in 1993. I told him I would be stealing his money if he made that bet and that Walker was barely at .400. I hope he read the Advocate this morning as it stated that Russ Johnson hit .410 in 1994 and that's as close to Rhymes as anyone else has been. I remember Pat Burrell hitting about .435 at Miami his freshman year and that was unheard of -- even with the big bats.
I wonder if Raph could win POY in NCAA baseball. If he had the long ball to his game, more people would be talking about him.
Amazing that he could go 0 for his next 100 and still hit about right at .300.

We sure could use about 8 more of him at the plate. So dang consistent.

damn, that is very cool!...
I find it interesting how each time at bat has less of an impact on the average as the numnber of at bats increases...
