I'm no doctor, but pretty sure you have vertebrae in your neck.

I dont know why people make a big deal about this. Its not that bad of an injury. And they start from your head and run all the way to your tailbone. Its the lumps you feel on the back of your neck

And I'm about 95% sure he didnt have true fractured vertebrae. I'm sure it was just his spinous process fracture which is not as severe as a crushed vertebrae.

And you are 95% sure how again? Have you seen his xrays/MRI, etc?

So, 2 detectives could show up and simply say "Mr. Jefferson...we would like to search your premises." If JJ says NO...pull out the warrant. But, still 2 detectives could do this very quietly. No need blow this into a media circus.

And you wouldn't give a shite either if this didn't involve LSU players.

I think BRPD is just doing their job.

They are trying to wrap up their investigation as quickly as possible so that it's wrapped up before the Oregon game kicks off.

So long as the players continue to cooperate with the investigation, the investigation will be wrapped up before the game.

If they needed some evidence from JJ's apartment in order to get answers to speed up the investigation, I got no problem with that.

so are they going to be seaching peoples houses everytime a bar fight goes unsolved in Tiger Land? or are search warrants for unresolved bar fights common practice with the BRPD?

btw...i already know the answer to both

This makes the most sense. You would have to have your head up your arse to pick a fight with LSU football players.

they wouldn't either.

The high profile nature of this case is what makes it such a clusterfrick. No one presses charges after a bar fight.

if someone stomped your kids head in the ground and broke his vertebrae I am SURE you'd think otherwise! just sayin

This is completely irrelevant. The amount of money that is being spent on this is ridiculous. If/when someone gets charged I will guarantee the charge is dropped down to a simple assault/misdemeanor.

MY OP

JJ is DONE.

We can all speculate but we all know someone is getting that 2nd degree assault charge.

We also know the Police have targeted JJ to make their case against.

Hes done IMHO

They are just looking to make the case stronger.

Didnt someone earlier in this thread say the cops were saying something about volley ball players on a scanner....sound like they are looking and narrowing their search for witnesses.

"If" he was repeatedly struck while on the ground, maybe some of the kicks were to the back? Maybe the imprints of the shoe sole are there? Sounds like they are trying to match potential evidence in JJ's possession to injury evidence on the victim.

There is no way Fisher allowed these guys to submit to a drug test, right?

Because I can't fathom what's in the 20 brown bags
