Once again, i bring you back to another excellent proof that i have a great idea.

Admins, put topic bans on idiots like this. 8 days, 2 weeks, 1 month, the seasonal period of the topic made, year, and perminant ban from topic creation.

This will eliminate the need for score board, clean up the board of drunken morons who make topics at .12 bac on gamenight, and save a lot of headache for everyone.

I gave you the solution, implement it.
