If anyone listened to Brees on 870 last night, he said he's watched the LSU games and noticed alot of similarities to what the Saints are doing on offense...to the extent that he's be thinking "oh, check to this" and alot of times they did check to that exact thing. I would be very surprised if a conversation or 2 didn't take place with Brees over the last few weeks. It's exciting just to think about that being a possibility. Brees is the ultimate chess player.

I do hope we have also gone to school on how to stop/limit Bama's offense. We may not have the pass rush that the Saints have but I think we're built alot alike at LB and the secondary with some edge and thumper LBs and a secondary that has some good CBs, average CBs, and nice safety play.

Maybe Sean can lend us AK41 for a day, I’m sure he wouldn’t mind some comeuppance against the school that signed him out of HS and then squandered his talent.

Give him Tory Carter’s Jersey (what, it’s not like we’re using him anyway), and if anyone says anything, just call them racist.

Don't need AK41. But I'll gladly accept Cam Jordan, Demario Davis, and maybe Marshon Lattimore to help take one of those receivers out the game.

Dont get too carried away.

Saban and Belicheck talk defense at least once a week.

Imagine BB dissecting our offense.

Drock: some precedent for what you say. Back in Miami's heyday, the coaches went crosstown and incorporated a lot of Marino's offense in their own.
