#9 Miami lost to unranked NC State today. NC State was 2-4 coming in to today (yes, 3 of those losses were to a good Ga Tech team but they also lost to UNC Greensboro). Miami almost swept Florida on opening weekend.
#21 FAU lost to Florida Gulf Coast today.
That's just today. Tulane could've swept Miss St last weekend, and Miss St is losing to Kent St right now.
I hate to lose to anybody, and a loss to Oral Roberts with Jaden Hill starting is awful. But, relax. The cream will rise to the top.

It’s baseball. It happens. It rarely happens like this, and this bad, but it happens. Today was bad...very bad. It’s a long season and I don’t think this game will define it. Let’s see what happens the rest of the weekend and beyond.

I can remember when the Doyle Tigers would start out 0-10 every baseball season, then basketball season would end. When the basketball players were able to play baseball they would run the table, and enter the playoffs at something like 30-10. This is obviously the reason LSU lost today. All of Oral's good players were on the basketball team, and this was their first game.

20 years ago lsu lost to ole miss by 13 runs. It’s not an every day thing to lose like that. And it shouldn’t be acceptable to lose 22-7. Your starting pitcher getting run in the 1st inning against ORU who LSU has never lost to in its extensive existence isn’t great.

People are freaking out like this is the end of the world. Fact in the matter is, when you get down eight or so runs and you're starting picture doesn't make it out of the first, you throw whatever arms out there you can so you can save the ones that actually matter for games you might win.
