He is about to change the topic to our receivers dropping the most balls

I have no desire to argue with people on the internet about shite I know more about than they do. It was close between Haskins and Burrow end of discussion. I don’t come here and pretend to know more about LSU than you. So don’t dare presume to know more about our program than I do.
Whoever said Burrow was also behind Martell needs their head examined. That is absolutely untrue. His national recruiting rankings carry a lot of weight to people that aren’t paying much attention to the actual program. I’m not even sure he can win the starting job at Miami.
I think a lot played into Burrows decision to transfer. None of the coaches that recruited him were still there. The guy who recruited him is now the head coach at Texas. So it’s hard to trust the coach that recruited the guy you are competing against to have a fair assessment.
Haskins was clearly a more gifted thrower if the football. His throws do pass the eye test. The things Burrow does well takes a more trained eye. You also have to realize Joe believes he is an NFL quarterback. He is running out of time to prove that. Would you take a 50% chance of achieving your dream job? I’m sure if you had a chance to better your odds you would take it too.
Lastly he was an Ohio kid who put in the work and time with the program. He probably felt a slight bit of animosity that if the competition was close that he deserved the security of knowing the position was his to lose. I know I wouldn’t want to lose out on a promotion to the guy who just got there unless he was clearly better than me. Fact is he wasn’t clearly better.
Haskins has more eligibility than Burrow so he could not risk staying. I wouldn’t have stayed unless the coach said without a doubt it was my job to lose. After spring ball Joe and Urban had a talk. I’m sure Burrow was looking for some sort of assurances and obviously none were given. The next week he transferred and I think he made the correct decision. No matter who would have won the starting job it was clear that it would have been controversial. Every bad game would have come with calls to put in the other guy.

Just like when you were certain that I never gave LSU a chance to beat UGA. Then I showed you evidence that I did and you tried to downplay it? You're about as big of a joke as BJ. At least he has the excuse of just joining the board.

Oh yay! Mrs Burrow’s brother, the crazy uncle is here! Woohoo.

If you're going to make claims, wouldn't you expect that person to argue their position or should I just take your word for it?

Again no desire to argue with people on the internet. Have a nice life of believing you know more than me. I’m just telling you the truth and for whatever reason you all refuse to believe the people from Ohio about our own program. It’s honestly mind blowing.

I’ve never said I wanted to argue with you...I’ve never said I know more than you...I’ve never said you’re not telling the truth about OSU program..
All I’ve said is people like you And Buckeye Jeaux are either family members or are not mentally stable for coming to an LSU board just because a backup QB transferred here. It’s pretty weird.

So when I said that it "makes no sense to me" for Burrow to leave the program when he, according to you and Buckeye Jeaux, was in a tight neck to neck battle for the starting QB position and that the reason he left was "my opinion", that means that I think I know more about the Ohio State program than you?

Most of us here on the rant are well aware that Buckeye Jeaux is an egotistical idiot with really thin skin. And after just a few short days on the rant, you appear to be the same way.
Please tell me that not all Ohio State fans are like you and Jeaux.

The tOSU fans I met in New Orleans in ‘08 were really cool and respectful.
BJ is none of that. Simply likes to stir the pot.

I’m not related to nor do I personally know anyone in Burrows family. I’d like to meet his mom though she looks hot. I’m from Ohio and I wanted the Ohio kid to start for my school if the competition was close. It was close and I’m a little bitter about that. So I’m pulling for the Ohio kid to do well. I feel like he got screwed because Herman left the program. I also had to watch JT Barrett throw balls into the dirt in front of his receivers for several seasons. All the while knowing the guy behind him could hit them in the hands. So yes I followed the backup here because JT fricking sucked and I wanted the backup to start 3 years ago. I’ve always been active on 11 warriors which is our fan site so why not come here. I try to stay informed about the programs I follow. I’ll probably be a Ohio State and LSU fan from now on. All because our back up transferred.
