Please explain how a track coach can be a great "GameDay coach".

Outside of yelling "run faster!", what can he do?

Small sample-size, but Mulkey's timely time-outs, and in-game roster-adjustments were masterful.

It's hard to leave out the small sample-size effort by Slinger-Brady who took a jab or two from Texas, Auburn, Florida, Bama, and Clemson (1st half) before delivering knockout punches enroute to a perfect 15-0 championship season, albeit with an unfair weapons cache at their disposal.

Saban. When he benched Booty for Rohan Davy in the peach bowl, LSU overcame an 11 point halftime deficit to beat GA Tech. He did the same thing later at Bama with Tua and Hurts. Gutsy in game move when it’s your QB.

It’s not Saban. He is a good but not elite game day coach. He is elite in getting to game day.

I'm an LSU fan, but the dude is the most dominant coach in college football history in a time that is most difficult to be the most dominant coach in college football history compared to earlier years where all players would go to the best schools making it easier to win as a coach at those programs. Exactly like women's college basketball is today. When college football was less popular, fewer teams that can shine and get you to the league. All best players flock to 3 or 4 schools.

Without a doubt, the best coach in college football history, and you're saying He is good but not elite gameday coach. Like pulling Hurts and putting in true freshman Tua which single handedly won them the nati instead of losing. Do you think Les or BK or O would do that? Pull Jayden Daniels at say Florida State or TAMU and put in Nuss or Walker Howard?

He is one of the best recruiters ever, instills an attitude in the program that no other coach can do, and executes every single season. I mean no 3 loss seasons in what? 15 years or so?

What possible game day adjustments can be made in track and fields? So Pat Henry is a joke of an answer. He's an incredible coach obviously but that has to do with the athletes he brought in and how he developed them.

Every university that wins a college World Series should retire the number 15.

Did you see Bama-Auburn 2010 & 2013 or Bama-Ole Miss 2014-15. Terrible in game coaching.
