And the other conferences have their own refs busy doing their own games. They're not gonna send one of their top crews to work the ND vs BYU game.

I really wish that there weren't conference specific referees. It should just be a national pool of refs, and crews are assigned randomly on a full rotation. I understand you would probably have to pay them much better to be willing to travel anywhere, but something has to improve. It's fricking pathetic across the entire sport. It should be a full time job, seriously this is the best we can fricking get for a multi million dollar sport. SMH
