What does Saban have to do with any of this.
Don't be obtuse. Saban and Alabama have everything to do with this.
It is still time for a change, but the worst thing that ever happened to LSU and Miles since his arrival was Saban coming back to the one school in the conference that cares even more about football than LSU.

Wrong.
Miles has 3 bcs bowls
Miles has the better win %.
Hell our last 5 years have a win loss record than Saban's tenure at lsu.
Saban coached in a sec where 3 losses won the west. Saban never once faced a national title winning team while at lsu.
You aren't really arguing that Les Miles is a better coach than Nick Saban, are you? At least I hope you aren't because it is not even close. Would you also argue against the fact that Les Miles' teams had better success when there were Saban recruited and trained players left on the team? Or against the fact his teams have gotten worse the farther away from the Saban era at LSU they get? That turning LSU in fully his program and players has resulted in much less success?

I won't shite on his accomplishments nor on his short-comings. It has been a awesome/painful, roller coaster/trainwreck, love/hate ride. He has generated a ton of exposure for the university and program...the good and the not-so-good. But it has become obvious that we have hit our ceiling with him.
Offensively, we are limited and he has failed to get that side of the ball corrected even having multiple opportunities to do so. I'm positive that is a philosophical and he coaches in what he knows/believes. He would be the perfect face of the program due to quirkiness but, that has worn off like his welcome. His inability to change has and will be his downfall.

Choctaw said Miles was the most successful coach at LSU. You saying Saban is better is false when comparing his time at LSU. It appears that Miles has allowed the game to pass him by, but his time at LSU has been more productive than even your hero in alabama.

" that should tell people something about how he has handled"
So does having the 2nd most SEC wins and top 3 wins in college football since he was handed the keys to that "Ferrari", but let's just bitch like ungrateful, entitled college football retards.

Saban tenure at lsu was far far easier. During hisbtime at lsu there were never 2 west teams with 10 wins.
I wont even get into the amazing staff he had.
People gripe about our staff the last 5 years.
Saban had jimbo, muschamp, and dooley and lost more games in his tenure than miles the last 5 years.

Agreed. Its time for change but watching supposed lsu fans shite on one of the best lsu eras ever is mind blowing. You would think other fan bases would be trying to diminish our accomplishments but other fan bases can just sit back and watch lsu fans shite on one of the best eras in all pf cfb.
How many programs have had a better 11 year stretch than lsu? 3?

Agreed. Its time for change
What started you down that path? What were the stepping stones that brought you to this day of saying "it's time for a change"?

Once again.
Saban's tenure=16 losses 12 sec losses
Our last 5 years= 15 losses 12 sec losses
Please explain the math youre using to come up with that conclusion?

Ive always been in favor of replacing miles with a proven upgrade.
I was in favor of letting him go when we were getting Jimbo.
Now i believe his time here has run its course.
11 years at one program is long as hell .
Its time to move on. But i will not sit here and act like the last 11 years havent been amazing. We have had ups and downs like every other program in cfb.

Try again.
If it's time for him to go now, then that means that there were events prior to now that started you down that train.
You've absolutely tied yourself in pretzels trying to avoid answering this.........but, I'm a glutton.
You wouldn't have fired him year 1. Not even for a supposed "upgrade".
Some series of events led you to be willing to. You've stuck with vague bull shite answers. And, the reason is obvious. But, like I said. I'm a glutton.

Miles fell into heaven when he got the job at LSU- especially after his record at Ok St which was Not impressive at all. players win in spite of his incompetence!
truest statement on here.
Just another ignorant rant myth.
from 1987- the time miles was hired at OSU they had 1 season above.500
He turned then into a ranked program. I have never seen a fan base try so hard to shite on its most successful coach ever.

So focusing on the first 3 is important?
Including them is important, especially if your thread title is about a coaches "tenure".

I won't deny that he has had his success here. Unfortunately, our fanbase's expectations do not mesh well with his average results. Truth to be told, his accomplishments should be more than what they are.
It's the aggravation over the loss, the way we lost, and the inability to change. A melting pot that has been on the verge of boiling over for some time.

"I will not sit here and act like the last 11 years haven't been amazing"
Like miles or not, but he had presided over the greatest 11 year period in LSU football history. I simply don't understand the disrespect and downright bitterness expressed on here regularly towards the most successful football coach in LSU history.
Nine losses in two years and one game is not exceptable for LSU football. Pissing all over the team's is not going to make anything better and it's not going to lead to Miles leaving any sooner, but each to our own.
