I always just assumed he was asked to leave due to some sort of either law issue or education issue. If it was one of those, then I'm glad we never heard what it was. I can appreciate the privacy of the matter since he fulfilled his side on leaving.
If it was literally him just not feeling like playing anymore... I can imagine he felt sick. At that point, CEH wasn't exactly tearing it up and we didn't know who would actually be the premiere back.
