The last 3 OC’s/QB coaches under McVay are all NFL head coaches. Even if they don’t call plays it must mean something.

Just like how the Dolphins wiped their arse with the paper the Rooney rule was written on when they hired Saban from us.

I can't remember the token black coach the Dolphins interviewed during the Saban process, but I always wondered why you would EMBARRASS YOURSELF and go on a sham interview when you know Nick has the job. I guess you figure the interview (as much bs as it is) could put you a step closer to being an NFL hc?
