OMAHA, Neb. -- Game 2 of the College World Series Championship final between LSU and Texas at Rosenblatt Stadium has been delayed by heavy rain in the area. First pitch was scheduled for Tuesday at 6:08 p.m.
According to the NCAA, the earliest the tarp will be pulled is 5:59 p.m. due to lightning strikes in the area.
LSU leads the best-of-three game series, 1-0, after winning 7-6 in 11 innings on Monday.

For the earlier game when they had a rain delay they said 80 minutes. But I think they actually started the game earlier than that.
