Because Mizzou used to be in the Big 8, they have history with the Cotton, and their fans were more likely to travel there than the Outback. Outback was afraid to take the chance.

How reliable is Rabalais? ESPN still has either Wisconsin or Iowa up on their site.

I would have preferred Cotton for the prime time spot but this is way better than the Chicken or Gator Bowl.
