I was thinking during the game that they weren't even throwing his way. He does a great job locking up his man, as advertised.

welcome to the new era of college football. dude comes in a week before the first game and still manages to be the team's best freshman. some of these guys are so good now you have to let them play no matter what.

les needs to keep those ely hs corners coming in.

Nah I think it was Patton. Robinson and white both put their guys on islands. When teams have completed a pass against them it's been a throw in a very tight window

If he wasn't constantly talked about or shown on the broadcast with a receiver hauling in passes over him then pretty sure you should have been able to tell. It's generally a good thing when dbacks aren't in the telecast as they usually are doing their job.

I didn't hear Robinson's name at all yesterday

Always a great thing when you're a corner

He actually didnt play that much in the 1st half. Got in during the 2nd half. Only pass i remember going his way was on a 10 yard out route. He had it covered really well, just was a good throw and catch. He was in great position though.

Kids great

Burton got touches underneath the zone, when we were man to man they covered well. Key was Murphy not having time to sit in the pocket. Defense play calls were on point.

I think he played a decent amount of snaps in 1st half. But I think he plays more when we go to nickel and slide mills into the nickel back spot.

Played a little in the 1st. Not too much though. UF was still running the ball and it was close. He played way more in the 2nd half when they were passig.

Now that we have good corner play with white and Robinson we should blitz a little more.

We did. It was finally nice to see defenders running free into the backfield.

I noticed when Robinson was in that we called heavy blitzes almost everytime. Welcome back defensive pressure, oh how I've missed you!

R Robinson was on the bench when we were in base. The two starters, Mills and White, were playing. When we went three corners Robinson came off the bench and took Mill's spot while Mill's moved to the more difficult nickel position.
