OK, but I don't think you answered my question. Why did you change Moore from a sure thing to come back next year to a guy who gets drafted in the 20+ round? What changed your opinion?
Adam?

He must be scouting the late west coast games

Sorry for the absence, I don't particuarly live on td.com
In regards to what I said about Moore correct me if I'm wrong did I say that before the season? I'm sure you have it bookmarked anyways awaiting to fire back. To answer I over heard from two people from the Dunham area at a tournament a week and a half ago. No it wasn't something I heard on the "rant".
Bottom line...Moore has improved his stock drastically the last month. Things are always changing and fluid when it comes to potential offers where a kid stands.

No, I don't. I just remember the thread and it was a few weeks ago. Not before the season started.

So you changed your opinion based upon a conversation you overheard at a tournament a week and a half ago? Are you really a scout? So, in your opinion, Moore will be drafted between rounds 20 and 35?

are you still pretending to be a scout, or what?

The conversation was in regards to how high 3 teams were tabbing him and thus opening him up to looking at his options.
I went back and looked at my posts. Unless I missed anything I never said Moore was a for sure lock to come back. He was struggling early on of course his stock wasn't as high as it is now...
I scout on a local level. Mostly circuits and showcases in the southeast.
Yes, anywhere from 20-30 would not suprise me one bit.

Is it starting to piss you off?

Nola is a shoe in for the draft. Laird is probably 50/50 at this point. He still needs to develop his arm in the outfield but teams realize he's a slap hitter with great defense. What he has going for him is a great frame to fill out and become stronger...I've seen him anywhere from round 8-20ish. Zac Person is a guy I think will get interest in the middle rounds, he's lived up to his billing thus far. Edit: although technically a senior I see Broussard signing this summer. Other than that a majority of the junior class should remain intact. Of course there is still 2 months between now and draft day...
This was all I could find from a month ago that I wrote 4/10

[The lineup should return a good stable of players
Bregman, Stevenson, Fraley, Scivique, Moore, Chinea, Robertson, Hale, Dean, Stone, Sciambra among others without even counting the incoming class.]
That is all I could find at this late hour. You did say "should", so I stand corrected about you being definitive.
Again, in your opinion, Moore will not go before the 20th Round? Russian says he won't go before the 30th.

I think his peak will be a late tweener if that. I don't see him coming off the board before round 15 more specifically. The highest likelyhood is a team takes a chance on him in rounds 20-30.

I hope Bradley makes it to campus kid can flat out rake!

Laird is not a 50/50
He is staying all four years

All four then he's coming back as a grad assistant. Book it.
What position are these 'interested' considering Moore at?

1B. Moore has the frame to fill out, the question is if and when a team will jump the gun. The point I was getting at is the MLB draft is a crap shoot; don't be suprised to see a team come up to grab Moore.

Agreed on the crap shoot part, I imagine if someone offers him 75, 100K in a later round he'd have to jump, what is the limit before the MLB penalizes the team in late rounds 150?
