personally I don't see the use in it, he's made his fair share of mistakes, but he's also made more than his fair share of good calls and decisions in leading this team to success.

The winning with Nick's players still amazes me how freaking stupid some people are. Just like Saban is winning with Shula's, right? What about Les coaching up Nick's talent. Nick lost 4 games the previous year and blew the last damn game in front of me. Does this mean Nick is a dumbass? No. Nor does his team's lack of execution of a fake punt nor Julio Jones willing to actually step up and catch the damn football on the sky kick. Do you think Nick coached his players to fail? Come on, give all the BS a break. Les is a retard. How many self made millionaires are completely retarded in a objective industry that is the SEC coaching ranks. Its not like Les inherited the damn job. Do you think Jerry Jones just paid him b/c he liked Lester. Does he make some goofy arse comments? Yes but does that mean the guy can't coach? Look at his record over 5 years in the SEC. You don't luck into that type of record fellas.
