Was there seriously someone who said we run Nova’s offense? Had to be a troll right?
That's exactly my point. Those are plays. I'm talking about a system. We had no system with Wade. If we had one, I'd like to hear about it. McMahon runs a 1-4 ball screen motion offense with a rip series. Very similar to the philosophies of Jay Wright, with back door cuts, penetrate and dish and finishing off two feet.

NIL money has been the only thing holding McMahon back
CMM has done very well in transfer portal… picking up elder leaders. However building developing and recruiting has been weak. Nil is an excuse. Cenac prolly did lsu a favor listing us #2.

Lmao, Macman runs a guard heavy slash offense, it’s not even close to what Jay wright ran at nova,Jay did run a 4 high but it was motion based. Does our offense look anything like a smooth motion to anyone? Two different offenses.

I have a bigger question though for all the NIL ppl. Let’s say that a lot of you are right and the NIL spent to field a team is actually way lower than the numbers being thrown out there. Does that mean we just spent 2 mill + (as reported) on a mountain west Pg? Is there a chance we duped ourself into giving a guy the highest NIL in the history of basketball as of today? Not saying we did, just wondering if this is a possibility?

You can’t take their imaginary numbers out of the vacuum and put it into practice because the house of cards falls down.

Didn’t often make it to the slashing part.

So now McMahon is a great recruiter again and talent hasn’t been the issue anymore? Are we back to that time of year already?
Yall’s excuses change faster than Jay wright and his offense were able to retire once the portal became a thing.
Did I say he was a great recruiter? I'm just giving you some facts about him. No one is making excuses, but if you remember, he was widely regarded as a good pickup even by the recruiting services and you hand picked the 1 really bad bad pickup we had last year that fit your point and ignore everything else. You then continue to move your narrative around while avoiding my original question, then you start making comments about Villanova again. You must really have to try to verbally prod someone until you get the response you are looking for, or to make yourself seem superior. How old are you? Hopefully these are college antics, but I have my doubts.

I never said we run Villanovas offense. I said we run a 4 out ball screen with a rip series and his coaching philosophies there were similarities to Jay Wright as far as back door cuts, penetrate and dish and jumping off two feet as well. People like Open your eyes, have literally been hunting threads of mine to try to say something I didn't say as far as the offense. Jay Wright didn't run much of a a rip series with a ball screen, he ran a high motion based offense that was triggered by getting the ball to the post first. We typically use guards to start our offense, but this guy is so hell bent he is right there's no point in actually talking basketball with him so he can actually see what I'm talking about. As many hours he's spent into digging into my threads and talking about me, he has yet to have 1 actual basketball conversation with me. So instead of engaging in conversation, he does stuff like this to try to discredit me, like I care about my credibility or something on a college message board LOL
