Not only are those rows to low, but you will also notice the crowd noise is much louder that close to the field. It maybe to much for your daughter depending on how old she is

301-305, some are in the first few rows, 2 or 3. Are those seats too low
I sat in 302 (East Box 7 before), row 2 from ‘97-2020. The atmosphere was great…but they are way too low. Also, people who don’t sit there very often get VERY excited to be behind the visitors and like to give it to them.

I now sit on the ramp bleachers the row directly above visitor tunnel. Pretty cool seats but I like our old SEZ 415 seats more. Cooler view of game/crowd and it just feels louder
The ability to easily toss piss balloons on their players must be a plus.

Ideally you want seats on rows 20 through 40 on the west side.
Yep Perfect. Tiger terrace in the uppers are pretty good seats for simply watching the game but there are more concession options in the lower areas.

On the endzones none of the rows are too low imo.
For what you're looking at the sweet spot is row 7 and up. Row 12 really gives you enough of a view to see both endzones from the far side too.
