Assuming Burrow starts, with Myles/Lowell as backups is great. We don’t need to throw one, or potentially both, of these inexperienced QB’s into what is one of the toughest schedules in the country. From day 1.

If things go as planned, and Burrow does indeed start, I would think it’s great for these younger QB’s.

McMillan is right there too. I feel bad for the kid and hope he guts it through. But ultimately I do believe that Burrow with Myles backing him up this season is a blessing in disguise ...

McMillan is gone. Graduates this summer and can transfer immediately with two years to play.

I believe that’s best for him. No doubt.

I often wonder why McMillan ever came here. He seems like a great kid who could be seeing the field often at a lot of other good schools.

Define “good schools.” His other offers were fricking unlv and ark st. He may be a nice kid, but he was a backup/3rd string option from the get go

Disguised as in continuing to learn the system, eat 5 meals a day to gain weight and learn from a competitor like Burrow himself.

Where would McMillian go? Most schools have their starters already set after spring ball and he would have to learn a new system. In other words, he isn't finding a starting spot in a power 5 conference.

Some school that thinks they need either another arm to compete for starting QB or a good backup.

How's ULL's or LA. Tech's qb situation looking?

I hope McMillan lands a p5 opportunity. I was impressed during his spring game. He just seems like a gamer

Scott should have gone to Tulane and like Jennings, McMillan should go to UL.

Yep. I saw him play a couple of times in High School, and when someone told me he had an LSU offer i couldnt believe it. I never got the feeling i was watching an SEC caliber QB.
