Sorry, try again. That's the game Hatch got hurt in. So admit you don't know what you're talking about, and move on.

We are also forgetting Lee piled up some garbage in 2008.

Jefferson played better in 2008 with his two starts against Arky and GT(a blow out).

Lee played worse in his legit playing time in 2009 against Bama and LaTech.

Also stop portraying Lee as the same age as Jefferson. Lee has had a whole year longer in the system and still sucks. If the OL shows up you won't have anything to bitch about because Jefferson will show you he wasn't the problem.

does your DISLIKE for JL make you defend JJ this much, or do really just believe he's a good qb?
serious question.

Alright dummies here ya go...

2009 1596 yards and 15 tds
2008 2168 yards and 27 tds

now factor that into your equation, then you may have something to talk about otherwise quit posting crappy threads...

2009 offensive line was our best ever according to miles. Jefferson could not And still not get past his primary reciever.

Anyone that thinks Jefferson is better than lee is in denial of the statistics that clearly show lee is better.

I want to see one statistic that shows Jordan is better.

A mixture of he is a good QB and he is better than Lee.

I might have different opinion if Lee wasn't complete shite against Bama and LaTech.

FWIW, I don't hate. I just find it kind of moronic for people all the sudden jump on the JL bandwagon. There is no chance he starts against UNC unless Jefferson is hurt.

Nice post. I like the idea and agree that of the two , JL probably has a higher ceiling for getting us wins next year...however- when using the "real" games that that easter bunny listed the difference in JL's points per series (2.08) is not a "statistically significant" difference to JJ's 1.74 using a 2 sample Ztest. This means that although the numbers do differ, we cannot say for sure that there is a "real" difference in true statistical terms.

Did you honestly just call a qb bad for not being able to pass against the best defense in the country?

Peyton manning could not score on Alabama.

You sir lose all credibility.

We have. 5 blockers vs. 8 men in the box = less yds.

Reason - No team feared JJ beating them with the pass.

How else do you explain Scott with the same OLine, getting only 28 yds when JJ took over in the Ark game? 28 YDS?? With the same OLine???

THEY STACKED THE BOX!!!

So if Jefferson scored against Bama what does that make him? Drew Brees?

So were looking at 47.666 less yards per game rushing. This could be from a number of things.
1.Worse offensive line
2.Better defense gives the offense better field position
3.Defense actually forced turnovers

Oh yeah..
4.Going three and out every other drive

As for the decrease in rushing TD's may I remind you that JJ lead the ferocious #112 offense in the country.

Like previous posters mentioned it's hard to run the ball when you have 8 men in the box every play and yet all we can do to counter it is throw slants because we don't want to show our whole playbook to alabama in UF game!!

sCroll up the statistics are posted.

Watch the spring game one more time and notice the improvement made by lee then notice how Jordan holds on to the ball forever.

The saints o line could not block long
enough for Jordan.

Atleast admit there should be an open qb competition.

however- when using the "real" games

I would suggest you take out the Wash game as a "real" team. They were winless the yr before, and did not make a bowl game this yr.

You think drew
brees is better than manning?

You sure you want to make that claim?

Thats strike two for you.

Yes, I'm sure that it was the same line that allowed CS to get 1200 yds, but only 28 yds in NOV 2008. 2008!!!, JLee did not play against ARKANSAS IN 2008!!! CS ran for 28 yds in that games.
