Man, I hate hearing that. If there’s anything I can do for you, don’t hestitste to ask. I also have a large group of guys I work with that love to help in these cases. We’ve got your back, brother!
I’m sure you have a lot of support here too. You keep your chin up and in the words of Les Miles, fight like hell!

Miles HAD TO GO.

Keeping him was fundamentally a non option.

His failure to find work as a coach proves that.

The O hire needs to be completely decoupled from the Miles decision.

Well, this is stupid. O is Miles's immediate successor.

nobody supported the O hire they just accepted it and moved on. There's a group here that can't get past it and somehow it manifests itself in O hate and hatred for anyone that doesn't hate O as well. I don't see how a rational mind reconciles this.

That's not correct at all. If most had simply accepted it and moved on, there wouldn't be a group of posters attacking and berating anyone who questions Orgeron for the last two years.

If you visited the coaching changes board in the fall of 2016, the resumes of potential coaching candidates were picked apart and criticized every which way. Yet when Orgeron actually landed the job, a segment of fans emerged out of the woodwork with overwhelming praise for his hiring, despite his resume not being anywhere near the level of other possibilities who were criticized.

Suddenly the board was bludgeoned with pleas to ignore Orgeron's history, and if you dared bring it up, you were attacked as an idiot or a hater that needed to move on. A few even argued that he was already a better coach than Les. This was all before the 2017 season even kicked off, and it hasn't stopped for two years.

Fans will push back against accusations that they want the program to fail or are "miserable" just because they criticize the head coach. And they will challenge those who continually look past his shortcomings. It's not personal and it never has been. If you still can't understand where people are coming from, you're being willfully ignorant.

Welp. Most of us knew that Fisher was not coming. We also knew we had missed on Herman as soon as TX got involved. And Herman was going to TX even if he has already committed to LSU.

Orgeron is 20 and 7. The recruiting momentum is all from pre Orgeron. So get a life. We have had a big uptake in recruiting.

Yep you 7 and 5 and 8 and 4 negatigers look big now after 6;games. None of you expected 5 and 1 at this point. Yes I suppose we could lose 3 games or 4 games because of,our schedule. We could easily lose to Georgia and Bama. We will only lose to the other teams if we get another round of injuries

Orgeron saved us from Larry Fedora. Any way we are going to play a lot of football before this is over

How many top ten wins does fisher have and Herman have. I think it is 1 between them. Orgeron has 4

At the time it was a bad hire.

At the moment it’s an average hire.

He hasn’t accomplished anything significant to really accurately evaluate the hire.

This season’s final record and bowl appearance will give you a better answer.

9-4 in his first full season with a mediocre bowl game loss, plus another 9-3/8-4 with back to back mediocre bowl appearances, wouldn’t exactly equal a good hire, considering what we replaced. We fired Miles to improve, not to stay at the same level or worst.

Call me a "nega" or "O hater" but I dont think coach O was a good hire. He has done well enough to keep LSU going, but isnt that all Les Miles was doing? I just dont get the point of changing HC if we werent going to make a considerable upgrade.

I dont think O was going to get a HC job anywhere else in the country. I never heard whispers from other teams stating "did you hear? We are THIS CLOSE to getting that D line coach from LSU to be our HC! You know? that coach who did so well at Ole Miss!?!"

Dont get me wrong, I really want O to surprise me and I will eat crown for ever doubting the shrimp boat captain. I want him to win out and beat all expectations.
