Nobody knows what it takes to succeed as a college head coach more than a high school coach.

When I said, you have to look at the past as a predictor of the futur, his response was, Carroll, Ole Ball coach and many many others wouldn’t be anything without failure. Even Saban and Belichick failed.

He complimented Orgeron by saying he is a great recruiter and the best DLine coach in the NCAA by a long ways.

Of course this guy is a Defensive minded coach as a former dlineman.

Guy sounds like a fricking dipshit

I didn't realize Bear Bryant was still coaching in 1993 when this dipshit started.

He's right. If it weren't for Saban, ole' Les would still be our coach. Keep in mind, Les had a winning percentage in the high 70's.

Well, he is an LSU fan and didn’t attend the school. Is one smart SOB with a PHD. He also loves everything Arnsbarger. Arnsbarger was an arse.
Maybe you have to be an arse to be a great coach.

I also know his name is very near the top of the list of highest paid high school coaches.

He is a straight shooting no bull shite dude. But really really good family man who loves to fish. Which is why he has turned down many calls to join several universities.

“On most college teams there are really 2 X and O guys. The rest are only there to grind out the recruiting trail. I have no desire to recruit.”

Try again numbnuts . The last time LSU finished behind Miss St in the standings was when Miss St reached number 1 for the first time in their school's history

Didn't realize these were 2 prerequisites for being in high demand. Thanks for the insight.

in context as to why he has turned down many offers to join staffs including Bowden’s staff as a grad assistant instead of being a defensive line coach at a large school in Ga.
he has never wanted to be a recruiter.

Yep, we coulda-woulda-shoulda be talking about Tom Herman's second season, with Aranda as Defensive Coordinator and Orgeron as Defensive Line Coach/Recruiting Coordinator.

Nope, the Aramark Man couldn't seal the deal, so we're way behind the eight ball due to his bungling dysfunction and negligence.

Tell me again, why is he still employed at LSU.

I'm so fricking tired of you idiots not googling this shite before you post about it.

Carroll was above .500 as an NFL coach when he got went to USC.
Belichick was above .500 before the pats.
Spurrier was way above .500 in the USL and took DUKE to a bowl game before Florida.

That's the failure you morons are comparing O too.

He was 10-24 as a head coach. He can't beat a team with a winning record.

Prepare thy LSU anus.

Of course Bear Byant didn't have that kind of sucess during that guy's time coaching. He's only been coaching for 25 years and LSU killed the Bear over 30 years ago.
