So, if the engine is our running game, and we are committed to run first offense, can anyone explain why we recruit QB's who can't or don't want to run?

When I watch Oklahoma, with two strong tailbacks lined up together in the backfield ( think trying to defend 7&5) , Stanford with a future NFL passer running an offense Featuring a great running game and Alabama with a QB who is second in carries for the season? How do we explain a Tiger offense with QB who can't read defenses, hit open guys, deliver touch short passes and winces every time they are about to get tackled? Don't we need to create a system that allows a QB to be the leader.

Dual threat is a one-in-10 proposition in the SEC-West. Sure, there are exceptions, but 9 out of 10 times it will prove inadequate.

We only give out Scholarships to players approved by Jindal.

Maybe we did the right thing by electing JBE after all. He knows the QB position

Because we have a grass eating, high hat wearing, goofy clapping, no time telling, unimaginative Elmer Fudd for a coach.

I feel like there isn't a clear line of though in here.

Should we run more or recruit a better passers? Or is it leadership?

Then you talk about Oklahomah who's doesn't run. Then Bama who's QB does run.

I just don't follow
