they are loaded with talent this year also. Just younger in the secondary. This bama team will not lose like their 2011 team did

I think we get up early and then let these guys hang around longer than we should.

What you'd like to see is them put about 35 on these guys in the first half.

28-21 is respectable Gundy is much better than Miles

Oh I see. You give Gundy credit for the program he ran after Miles, but you don't give Miles credit for the program he ran after Saban.

It’s hilarious that people are still bringing up Jimbo Fisher look at what he’s doing this year and look at What he did at Florida State last year And the team he left behind

Is this your first year watching college football? Let me break it down for you: LSU is going to come out looking a little sloppy and hungover/banged up from the game last week.

They'll win, but it's probably not going to be a pretty offensive blowout.

Same thing with Bama and MSU.

The offense needs to make a statement. This is a bad Arkansas team.

ok let's...was our 2011 team head and heels better than this years team?

is bama 2018 much more dynamic than bama 2011?

yes or no answers will suffice

Was that 2011 Alabama defense “head and heels” better than the one that blanked this supposedly more diverse offense last weekend?

Had we already played and beaten Alabama in Tuscaloosa this year?

best LSU team ever scored 9 pts in 8+ qtrs vs bama that year...and shut out in the BCSCG. How does that happen to our best team ever?

This.

Historically LSU struggles in games like this. I think it's because of the huge emotional letdown from losing to Bama every year. But whatever the cause, this always seems to happen. If Coach O can get the team's heads on straight and forget about last week he will have achieved something no coach in recent memory has been able to do for LSU. LSU CAN dominate the Hogs, but will they? It's all between the players ears at this point. I hope they are mentally ready and take care of business.

If you haven't seen enough to at least know that we need a new OC, then you're blind. It doesn't matter what we do against Arkansas. Our current OC will not have us competing at a top level. And no. Competing with Arkansas is not competing at a top level.

Arky is 2-7, lost by near 30 points to North Texas, lost by 14 to Vandy, and also lost to colorado st

And we are only a 14 point favorite

We aren't good, but in our defense we'd probably beat UNT and Colorado State now. Cole Kelley threw 4 INTs against North Texas which is part of the reason they won by so much, and he's not starting anymore. We had close games against Texas A&M and Ole Miss (would have beaten them if our QB and top 2 RBs weren't knocked out of the game).

Considering we had a bye week last week I could see it being close for a while, but LSU will probably win by around 14-21.

That Arkansas team won eight games, had a top 15 run defense in the ciuntry, played every SEC team within one score including a three point loss to Bama, and smoked top 10 Old Miss 30-0 the next week.

It was actually only a one-point loss to Bama because we missed an extra point. But yeah this team is much worse than the 2014 and 2015 teams. Hell the 2015 team went 5-3 in the SEC after they got their shite together from losing to Toledo and Texas Tech. Those two teams have quite a few players still in the NFL...shows how mediocre of a coach Bielema was.

Yep. Not discussed much but I really do think we were hungover from the GA win. Bye week or not...

what else is a coach going to say? please give me one example of a new coach saying...we are going to suck for a while and won't be competitive. I wonder what Frost said when hired at Nebraska

Name another coach that publicly stated that their team was going to the national championship?
Its like you don't under the difference between saying nothing and proclaiming your team sucks/is going to make the playoffs.

love how you cherry pick stats. Reading your crap you would think our offenses never ranked in the 100's in passing.

Pick a stat and almost every miles team was better at it than this team.Yes miles had bad passing teams. What he didnt have was bad passing and bad rushing teams.

you see the same offense? the results suck but I definitely see a move to being more multiple than previous offenses

Thats because you dont know what you are seeing.
