I wanna see how some things shake out with departures and recruiting, but right now I'm thinking 9 at worst, with a possible NC run if some things come together.

Look, I'm predicting this record because of the loss to Clemson. I'm predicting the record based on who's returning/who's leaving and the coaching scheme.

LSU is losing some on the offesne, a few OL's, probably a few RB's. The OC will still be Miles/Stud (most likely) which didn't show much this year.

Def is losing a shite ton. Sam, Mingo, Minter, Simon, Reid, Downs, etc. You can't just replace those guys over night. People just can't say that Rasco, Barrow and Kwon will be just as good as the guys leaving. They have some big shoes to fill, it might take a little time.

8-4 IF we are lucky ~ 7-5 is a possibility.

He didn't change a damn thing the entire game. LSU ran bout 6 plays, that's it. Alabama embarrassed the hell out of LSU that night. Go back and watch the f'ing game and stop being a f'ing idiot!

You have THE WORST reading comprehension skills.

Did I say he made changes in the game? Did I say we weren't embarrassed by Bama in that game?

I said that Miles did what he thought was best to win the game. He may have been wrong, but he did what he thought was best. You are truly ignorant if you think he sacrificed a chance to win a national title for pride or to shite on a certain player.

12-1 possibly 11-2 only real worry is Ga. Bama won't have the line to compete. aTm will be in BR. And Fla is really over rated this year and next year as well.

My prediction is we go undefeated and play for the National Championship. We have a lot coming back even with all the guys we will lose to the NFL.

If the necessary changes aren't made on offense we don't win ten games next year.

8-4, 7-5????? Step away from the ledge people.

CLM has had 8 wins once and everything went wrong that year (2008, Perilloux, co-DCs, and JL pick 6).

We still have a very talented team with players ready to play, not to mention chips on their shoulders to prove they're worth their spot. I understand everyone is bummed about the chicken bowl but get it together.

We might take a small step back in 2013 but I guarantee 9 wins in 2013 MINIMUM and am confident we get passed that. I actually look for us to have fewer distractions then we had last year, which can only help. I could definitely see us improving.

Our offense can only get better, every unit becomes more experienced and more developed. Doesn't matter how you feel about who's running the show. The coaching isn't going to get worse from 2012 to 2013. The only place to go is up with what is coming back.

Our D this year wasn't lights out like it was in 2011. They were great but not elite. With Chavis running the show and who we got on the team I could easily see us putting up great numbers and exceeding everyone's expectations (esp on this thread). We might be worse but I don't see a massive drop off. Lots of question marks for sure but then again nobody expected us to do what we did in 2011........

DL-lost both ends but stronger up the middle (if logan stays), hard to say how this shakes out.

LB-losing minter hurts but we're getting better everywhere else and were DEEP. Same overall, if not better.

DB-same as LBs just replace Minter with Reid.

Special Teams will be fine.

Also keep in mind every game we lost this year we were winning at some point, could've gone the other way. Had one or two of those games fallen the other way we wouldn't be having this negatiger fest. We made some poor choices and lost, but that's not what I've come to expect unlike many of you. I know misery loves company but look around, we're LSU. We're in the hunt every year.

We have a very good team coming back and I'm excited for 2013. Tough schedule? Bring it on.

10-2 with a chance to win the west, then who knows.......

I'm sure you know more about Miles' character than Minter does though.

10-3

Going into the Bama game we'll have 1 or 2 losses (to UGA and either Florida or Ole Miss) and folks will get excited about winning the SEC West and CG again. Raising all our hopes, given the awesome Louisiana talent.

Bama beats us, exploits the secondary and exposes the d-line running all over us. Saban doesn't run up the score, being classy and taking pity on the school he once loved coaching at. Mett and J Hill do well, we score 28, though our D can't hang on (like this year).

Post-Bama, A&M will route us, they won't be as successful as this year and will look at the LSU game to make a statement. LSU shuts up Arkansas, though it'll hardly soothe the pain. We go to the chicken or some other shitty bowl, which we win. Les Miles 'claims' another 10 win season and overall success, pointing out to how many players left for the NFL in 2012 and how 'hard' it was.

The fans writhe in pain as to what could have been again, many broken tv sets and agonizing hours of watching brainless offensive play-calling. Many conversations with Bama and Arkansas fans defending LSU and the indefensible Les Miles. Time wasted, life wasted.

Most talented Juniors declare for the draft and maybe even J Hill. They all say they love Les Miles, yet leave, because they know the ship is sinking.

And so it goes...I'm sorry to say. Enjoy another 'successful' shitty 10 win season.
