Ive seen 2 sites that have him going 1 to the panthers. If he runs low 4.3 hand timed, then he might have a good chance at going 1st overall.

First off he will not run a 4.3, secondly, he should not be a #1 overall pick as he was largely unimpressive the 2nd half of last season. He is talented, but not the god some people make him out to be. slightly overrated if you ask me

What do you mean? Everything he said is correct.

1. Peterson will not run a 4.3
2. He is a very gifted athlete and will probably be a good cornerback in the NFL, but he made plenty of mistakes in the 2nd half of the season, particuarly against Alabama and Texas A&M.

He made 2 mistakes against Alabama, he peaked in the back field and got beat by Maze and he played outside position against Julio on the TD pass because he thought they were bracketing coverage on Julio. Other than that, he played within the scheme. Plain and simple. Learn something about defensive schemes and how to play cb before you go around saying PP is overated.

90% of the time, PP is left on an island with no safety help in man because not only is he one helluva corner athletically, but he's smart also. He knows he cant be as aggresive as he was his freshman and soph years because there's no one behind him. So he takes the deep pass and the inside away. He only gave up short passes on comebacks or back shoulder fades, and the occasional crossing route when the offense ran a pick play on him.

I agree with PP being left on an island byhimself thats what he does best and what makes him such assett to have but i was referring to him not returning all the PR's but nevermind he did.

Honestly, other than the TD to Julio Jones inside the 15 yard line vs BAMA...I dont remember PP7 getting beat deep, or any TDs vs him?? anyone?

Then his flux capacitor kicks in, PP7 goes back in time to the Auburn game, makes Newton fumble on "The Run", and LSU wins the BCS.

Well damn son that was funny

I really dont understand how people could make some of these predictions....

all you had to do was watch the dude in the open field all year, it was obvious how fast he was.
