Houston is already flooding. The hotels will be full with evacuees from harder hit areas and law enforcement agencies will not waste resources on the game. It will be cancelled or hopefully played somewhere else.

If If If a frog had pockets, he would carry a pistol for snakes.

The amount of people coming in for this game is a drop in the hotel bucket for the Houston area. This isn't the super bowl.

I booked one downtown yesterday at 5 o clock, there's tons of hotels available.

Don't be an alarmist. Houston Hobby has had a total of 3,5" of rain in 25 hours. And Houston is flooded? Houston sees that from a good summer thunderstorm over 3 hours. I talked to my brother in Houston and he says everything is fine.

Is the forecast for a lot rain? Sure. But I it is over a 5 day period. Not like Allison when it was 20+" over a 24 hour period.

Don't watch the Weather Channel. It is their business to make it as exciting as possible and talk about the worst case scenario. I found a local Corpus Christi channel last night and they were much more reasonable about it and even downplayed some of the effects they were seeing.

The 5 day track has been progressively shifting north and west. Houston will have to be expierencing much more than street flooding in some areas to cancel the game.

They have huge Texan squeegees that erase hurricane damage immediately.

No it's not. The fear mongering is ridiculous.

The Houston Mayor just said that there has been flooding already.

It's on CNN, so it could be fake news, but I don't know why the mayor would lie.

I'm sure parts of Houston may have flooded. Saying Houston flooded makes it seem like the entire city is under water already.
