I'm not even sure Sloan is qualified for a HS job. He's that bad. I'm curious if the national media has caught on to it.

So we can move the ball but have close to zero to show for it. In fact, possibly the least efficient in football.

Kelly has been struggling with this since day 1 here. Our quality drive is actually nonexistent based on that graph. For us, we merely have drives that purely lack quality no matter how it’s defined. This is quite ludicrous.

He loves to blame the team for not playing complementary football, yet he fails to realize it starts with him as coach. To keep it simple, I can just leave it as he fails

Is my interpretation that we are the worst team at finishing drives in the country? We have a decent clip of quality drives, but we have the lowest expected points per quality drive. Am I reading that right?

And that clip of quality drives surely represents a percentage of overall drives. So to compound those findings, we not only score fewer points per quality drive but also likely have fewer of those drives in general due to being one of the slowest paced teams in the country.

Good grief LSU is worse than fricking UMass. This is other worldly embarrassing.

Sloan has no business being an OC at any level.

It's not going to get fixed this season. They will make Kelly clear house on the offensive side of the ball after the season.

Too bad no OC worth a shite will risk his career by coaching under Kelly.

Yeah, it's going to be tough because if we finish poorly this season, which I expect, he's going to be on the hot seat next year. And we lose a ton.

He doesn’t define what “quality drive” means. I assume it’s something like sustained movement with few penalty yards and getting to the red zone

"A quality drive percentage is defined as a "a percentage of a team's drives that result in a scoring opportunity, specifically a first down inside the opponent's 40-yard line or a touchdown from outside the 40-yard line."
