2015 (Les) - 34.4ppg

In 2015, Fournette was a Soph, and he scored 23 TDs.
We also had a good K, Trent Domingue, who scored 94 pts.
Between the 2 of them was ~60% of our scoring.

Our offensive production this season was hurt by Guice's injury just like our Offense struggled in '16 with Fournette's injury.

I've been saying it since Ensminger (kind of) went wild last year - we need to get better at scoring points, period.

If we were better in the redzone it's not hard to imagine a handful of wins out of our last 7 losses - 23 points was the total margin of loss for the 4 last year. Obviously, scoring was only part of the problem against MSU this year. One more score was all it would have taken against Troy. Scoring was the main problem against Alabama (scoring and field position, to be completely fair).

Moving the ball, overall, hasn't been the problem, even with Les.

Meaningless when one coach was racking up garbage yards against inferior opponents and then would shite the bed against good defenses.

Candida system produced more evenly spread out PPG and yards between different opponents

When's the last time a Les Miles offense ran for a hundred fifty yards against Alabama?

Answer? 2012

Canadas offense put up much better numbers against strong opponents.

I guess you must mean like #5 SOS vs the #35 SOS in '17

this is what i see contrasts the most with miles. miles would run the same several plays regardless of who the opponent was. canada is tailoring the game plan to the specific opponent (run heavy vs ole miss, pass heavy vs a&m) and makes adjustments at halftime. go look at lsu's 2nd half scoring differential, particularly the 2nd half of the season. it's impressive. he was making adjustments better than the opponents and that is absolutely the mark of a good coordinator. also, the offense got BETTER as the season progressed. that was NOT a hallmark of miles' offenses

more importantly, canada SOMEHOW found a way to call plays that limited the interceptions despite etling's limitations as a passer. that is a near miracle
