you must have watched a different scrimmage than me. Mickey, Martin, & Gray looked pretty good but didn't play as a team. Everybody was trying to score to show them self off. Hope they can play as team later on.Played nothing but man to man all night, I guess they did that cause they were switching so many players in and out.

We got out-rebounded 66-46

A lot of it had to do with going for blocks or helpside defence, leaving the other man alone for the easy layup.

Ain't nothing undersized about Bridgewater. He's 6'5" 280. He needs to lose 30-40 pounds. I was disappointed
He's nothing close to that.

Epps sat out due to a stomach problem. Just precautionary. I think he has a better skill set than ODO and Malone and will be the first to relieve Martin and Mickey.

Elbert looked slimmer than expected, just needs to get used to speed of the game. He is a big boy.

Gray and Hornsby had good moments, you could tell it was their first game. They aren't completely comfortable but you can see there's hope our backcourt will be much improved.

Martin and Mickey dominated at times. Clearly the best 2 players on the floor as expected.

Patterson will be a solid 4 year PG. I don't know if he will ever be a starter but you need some good 4 year players.

Didn't see much from Bridgewater. Quarterman had good and bad moments.

It's hard to take too much from that one game. The positives is that our backcourt looks to be improved and Martin may have taken that next step to be a dominant player like he showed in 2nd half. Mickey is impressive. It was sloppy on defense and the boards at times.

Defensively, the Tigers struggled with over rotating and taking unnessecary risks (I.e. Gray going for a steal 30 feet from the basket on multiple occasions), which le to easy layups and a ton of offensive boards for morehouse, that can't happen in sec play.
Robinson looked big and athletic, but he was almost nonexistant on offense, often touching the ball 15-20 feet from the hoop. Quarterman was solid off the bench and I can see him evolving into a great role player in the Garrett Temple mold. Martin/Mickey/Gray are going to lead this team offensively and Hornsby will hit shots all year, I thought he may have been a little too aggressive on offense, he needs to take what he has instead of forcing a foolish shot. Overall a solid effort from the Tigers, rebounding was the only real issue I noticed.
