Yeah, that is a bunch of BS. Burrow's first year, it is widely known that the locker room was very much divided on who should be QB before the season started. It took Burrow finally speaking up in a player's only meeting to right the ship.

Great teams/players put their trust in the coach and are all in on the coaches decisions. Sounds like this latest meeting was about the players being accountable to one another and to the team as a whole by challenging the collective to work harder and play better.
