Maybe those teams who don’t have our attrition rate also don’t have a dumbass bunch of fans who applaud the kids who leave early and make them feel good about the decision to put themselves first and screw over their teammates and their school.

I think it is the height of ridiculousness and selfishness for "adult" fans to bash a guy for HIS OWN PERSONAL DECISION solely because that decision may have an impact on the fan's enjoyment of the game.

If his teammates are angry at him and feel let down, that's one thing. But your only "right" as a fan is to watch the game. You're not ENTITLED to a great team or players who make decisions to benefit YOU. If the product is bad or not enjoyable, then don't support the product. But to act like these guys owe YOU something is absurd

Yeah I’ve always thought it was weird when “fans” on here act like they are happy guys leave the team to go to the pros.

Like they are gonna get a kickback from it.

I wasn't clear enough. kids won't sit out of their senior year in high school to go straight to the NFL. They'll skip their senior year and go to the college they've committed to. there they'll opt out as soon as they've secured draft status

I think The people who can actually do that are so few and far between.

Most colleges don’t want kids they haven’t evaluated their senior year (guys constantly fall off if they get injured)

The NFL doesn’t want guys who haven’t played since their freshmen year.

Maybe a handful of players can do that but the vast majority cannot or would greatly benefit staying another year.

I think Chase will be fine. He was dunking on guys who are now starting in the NFL.

Shelvin and Vincent better really perform at the combine (if they get invited)

They’re head scratchers.
