A good buddy of mine is close to the program and talks to some of the coaches weekly. He expects everyone except Naz and Tremont to return and expects Watford to be an LSU Tiger. He's never led me wrong before so you can pretty much bet on this.

What would our lineup be with that? And how far could that team go?

If true we will be very good next year. I would assume we are going to see the kind of jumps in the offseason that mays and tremont made from all the guys that come back.

Top 20 team preseason, how far they go all depends on what other big men they add on transfer/juco market.
ETA:
Starters:
Mays
Smart
Taylor
Watford
Cooper

Bench:
Bishop
Manning
Graves
Hyatt
Days
Williams
Juco/transfer big man

Or could go small and start Williams and Watford and bring Cooper off bench.

Of course everyone but Reid and Waters is coming back. They aren't going to get a draft grade anywhere near to their liking, at this point. Whether or not you know anyone close to the program, I think we can all agree with this sentiment.

With a team built like that with heavy depth at the guard spots, I’m sure Wade will up the tempo and allow the team to press more. Not to mention improved shooting from the outside. We’d have more of a motion offense.

Nah I need confirmation from Vanilla Ice before I bet on this.

Im not sure how much more the tempo would be upped, we already tried to be very up tempo, I do hope we press more this coming year as I liked it when we pressed. The shooting will definitely be improved, it also couldn't get much worse than last year. Hopefully the team's overall shot selection is improved.

Yeah, no inside sources or anything inside program for me, but I feel pretty confident we get back Smart, Mays, Williams, Taylor and land Watford. The biggest question marks right now are about Sy and Quinones.

There’s no way to tell a starting lineup yet either. We will still have 2 scholarships after we get our 4 guys back and Watford. We definitley will land a big man weather it’s Juco or a grad transfer. The other could go to a shooter. We’ll see how it unfolds, but we could have a very solid team next year if all goes smoothly.

Days will be in the starting lineup. The potential is there and he showed flashes of it as a freshman. If he can cut his fouls down, he’ll be in the starting 5

Seen conflicting takes on this...could Naz and Waters even come back at this point?

Have that gotten an agent? Is that even a step that means you can’t come back any more?

They can both come back, even if they signed with an agent. Naz is 100% not coming back, he's not taking classes anymore. Tremont is probably about 80% not coming back, as far as I know he is still taking classes though.
