Aranda literally turned chicken shite into chicken salad with Duke Riley (that's not a knock on Riley.
Calling a player," chicken shite" is definitely knocking that player.

Then heading into his junior year he will be the best LB in the nation.

I was just using a phrase. Prior to this season did anybody think he would be a strong point of this LSU defense?

lol agreed
If you watched LSU football the last view years and actually paid attention to all three phases INCLUDING special teams you would of realized Duke Riley had pretty good athleticism, instincts, and a nose for the ball. His career was very similar to Debos.
On offense I'm hoping it's a QB, likely either Etling or L. Scott . I think Dee Anderson may end up being a prolific deep ball threat as well.
On defense I say Ed Alexander , Rashard Lawrence , Devin White , and Key. People will be double teaming the shite out of key and probably also keeping a back to chip him. He's gonna cause teams to focus so much that other guys will be free to make plays. This is Arandas defense in a nutshell.

Im excites to watch Brennan break every sec passing record as a true freshman and usher in a new dawn that will be known as the season that transformed a top 10-15 alltime program into one of the greatest dynasties sports has ever known.

Probably Arden Key or Guice. Lawrence and Devin White showed flashes of greatness as freshmen. Looking forward to seeing how they progress.

Lindsey Scott and Drake Davis on O
Devin White and Rashard Thornton on D
I already know what I'm getting from Guice and Key. Both will be top draft picks (could both go in the top 10 overall).

I know you were just using an idiom.
All in good fun brother.

The defense. The defense is losing a lot of talent and I'm excited to see who will step up. I'm hoping Tolliver can work his way back into solid playing time, and come ready to prove something. And of course I'm as excited as everybody else to watch Arden Key, who will be an even more polished pass rushing machine, and Devin White, who Aranda is going to make into a monster.

D White and it's not close well Key also. The DL and secondary will make strides IMO. Hope we finish this class with some strong LBs I could care less about anyone else as long as we finish with some LBs well Chassion and Wilson would help also lol. I think we get them two though.

I really believe White is on par with honey badger as far as play making ability, big plays on the defense. Literally everytime I've seen him on D/ST he's made huge plays or is around the football when a big play occurs. This dude will be a huge play maker. Hopefully consistency comes his way next year. The other middle guys need to get bigger and our OLB are going to be beasts as well. Aranda just showed that with a lighter LB core you can create havoc as well in a different way. We need to get bigger back there and this defense will be really intimidating and unstoppable. We will win games bf kickoff like Bama does just for the simple fact the film that offense watched all week will be scary!! Can't wait until we beef up some.

After TM7's true freshman year he had
more solo tackles than White has total tackles.
TM7 TRUE FRESHMAN STATS
34 solo tackles
57 total tackles
8.5 tfls
4.5 sacks
2 ints
3 fumble recoveries
5 forced fumbles

We expect Guice and Key to have strong seasons, but I think the two sophomore receivers, Davis and Anderson, will excel.
Both are tall targets with tremendous athletic ability will help make whoever wins the quarterback battle even better.
