I think the rankings are about what I expected

12-14 is about right to start off. That could quickly change for the better or worse. If we win one of the big 2 games we are in the Sugar. I don't think about the rest.

Please note that this is not Phil Steele's opinion in that link (i.e. these are not his personal rankings) - it is only his prediction on where the AP poll is going to have teams ranked in their pre-season poll.

And I feel comfortable in predicting that he will have LSU a few spots lower in his personal prediction when that comes out.

Considering that Ohio State and Oregon play no one this year, they will have a easy path to the Championship.


I think that we should be slotted around 8th.

With that said, Steele hates LSU and only gives us a chance because of bye weeks !
