I don't care one iota about where a magazine or poll puts us -- before we've played a single game.
I do care about the committee at the end of the year, and we'll have played a lot of football by then.
So just wait, play the games, and ignore all the polls and talking heads. Just win, and it will all take care of itself.

Yeah key was a beast. Most of the rest weren't even drafted. Besides, tolliver lost his job. Half of those were hurt or suspended a lot.
But, that wasn't what I called the same. What I said was that lsu will probably have 9-10 guys on defense that have started a game as a member of a p5 team. You dispute that?

But we also have transfers that have started before, and many of our backups started games last year and appear to be upgrades over those they replace. Then you have burrow, who many believe will be an upgrade over Danny, even though he has never started. While Phil acknowledges some of these transfers, and backups, he didn't change his formula....which gives no credit to prior starts or transfer starters. This is where a computer fails....but I doubt Phil had that much time with so many teams.
