PFF Grades: LSU offense vs. Bama

1. Offensive Tackle – Toby Weathersby (82.9, 73 snaps)
86.7 pass block grade was best for an offensive tackle in the SEC and tied for 18th in the country at his position for week 10.

2. Wide Receiver – Stephen Sullivan (77.9, 37 snaps)
A run blocking grade of 56.6 brought his total down to 77.9, which still ranked No. 17 in the SEC.

3. Running Back – Darrel Williams (77.8, 26 snaps)
Checked off all the boxes except pass blocking with a 38.9. Still ranked No. 6 in the conference with an overall grade of 77.8

4. Right Guard – Ed Ingram (76.6, 70 snaps)
An 85.9 in pass blocking overshadowed a 44.1 on the run. The only guard with a higher pass blocking grade was Alabama’s Lester Cotton with an 86.9.

5. Center – Will Clapp (76.1, 64 snaps)
The pass blocking docked Clapp with a 42.9 compared that was last in the SEC for centers. A 78.4 run block grade was fourth in the conference at his position.

I thought Moreau was suppose to be a huge player this year and saw the field early because of his blocking. He hasn’t done well there all season

He had a very solid grade going into the game, run blocking grade of over 80.

TE – Foster Moreau (PFF Overall Grade: 79.7)
PFF Numbers to Know: 21 targets on the season, which is third on the team. The only wide receivers with more targets are D.J. Chark (37) and Russell Gage (25). Moreau has been docked with 1 sack and 1 QB hurry allowed in 44 pass block snaps. Run block grade of 80.6 is No. 6 in the land amongst tight ends and best in the SEC.

Foster is not good nor can he catch the football. Not sure how we don’t have somebody to replace him.
