Pendergast doesn't know the recruiting grounds and Haley and Raymond were not familiar with him
Steele knows the recruiting grounds and can fill in for both positions lb/DC and he knows the recruiting grounds very well. Haley and Raymond both like him and are familiar with him
Shoop may be a tough pull because he is connected to James franklin and has only been up there 1 year
