This info on Brockers, is coming from more sources, than just Miles.

I agree he is good, don't get me wrong

I guess the enthusiasm just needs to be put into context. This used to be D-Line U and we would take great prospects like Brockers and hide them for a year or two. We can't do that this year

I don't even know the last time a DE has made an impact in the SEC as a true frosh??? (other than one who came in as a pass-rushing gimmick maybe)

the problem with Chancey is he was a finished product as a junior in high school.. he was a can't miss guy with great explosion -- then he hurt his knee and his senior season production dropped WAY off

I think people overrated his videos. I never thought he was 5* caliber bc you never saw him get by OTs for a sack.

I'm not sure if we watched the same videos, but the ones I saw he regularly exploded off the ball with a great first-step and a tremendous surge.. he was all over the back field making plays -- and that was against serious competition in a good district in high-classification TX football

The dude was a hellava player and prospect... Mack and Urban were both slobbering over this guy

nor does he move a man much when he fires off the ball and hits them, judging by a few of those videos

He looked like a good SDE, but not someone who would get you many sacks as a DE. A guy who could get you some sacks inside though.

exactly...he looked super strong and explosive..he would blow up guys on the line, not run around them like Montgomery and Alem

But I was excited about Chancey until he never regained his explosion from pre-knee injury. Maybe I'm wrong..hope I am

Just saying that he looked more like a top 100 prospect to me than a top 25 like people act like. I didn't see the freakish type stuff from a big dude like when you saw Lavar Edwards running routes as a 300 lb TE, or the size that Brockers brought from an SDE. Or even the consistent get off that Jordan Allen shows. IDK, maybe it's just me.

dudes.. seriously.. how can Agheyere be considered an upset so far!?!? i mean, the he was a freaking red-shirt last season. youre going to say he was a bust based on 20 second film clips of DRILLS before practice!?!?!?

there can't be a better looking incoming-frosh SDE in the country than this cat. he is impressive. Not sure yet how effective he'll be on the playing field but he certainly passes the eyeball test

But where can he play and be effective? He needs help before he'll be a good DE IMO... maybe his real future is as a blocking TE we'll see

As long as he gets on the field and does good for the team is what I want.

Another thing is lay off of the kid, hes just being a college kid like everyone else. Let him show what he got under the lights then yall can criticize his play.

I wouldn't want him to threaten to commit suicide for people getting down on him like the guy in your sig pic
