Guillory was pretty much a starter last year. He'll get a good bit of reps, but it sounds like Gooden and McKinley are tye starters.

Gooden should be effective when he’s in there… but spelled frequently because we have many DL to rotate and at his lighter weight he might fatigue quicker……
It’s a looooong season for those linemen and they wear down over time which impacts their effectiveness.

He’s 1 of 1 on our team.
I was watching a practice highlight with the DL hitting the sled.
He was so much more explosive then anyone else, I backed the video up and went search his number to see who he was.

I think Booger McFarland was only 6’ 1” but he was a wide body in the NFL at 305.
It’s all about leverage at NG and DT…
the lower you are… allows you to get under your opponent and control him.
