The whole offense did NOT look at the sideline once O took over.. they called a play an ran it without all that crap... they didn't stop at the LOS and look to the sidelines to see what to do next... look at the film....

Thtas great... I was talking about the whole offense looking to the sideline with Jennings and Harris AT QB.. They looked lost.... It happened often with Miles as coach..

You just will not admit this happened...

AGAIN if you don't think the offense was more fluid after O and Ensminger took over I just can't help you......

once miles was fired THEY STILL LOOKED TO THE SIDELINE FOR AUDIBLES.

im just gonna have to stop replying to you. you dont understand football at an elementary level. seriously.
jusy because YOU think looking to the sideline for an audible looks lost DOESNT MEAN THEY ARE.

and stop acting like your initial gripe wasnt about getting the next play from the sideline until you were proven wrong.

OK you win.. The LSU offense NEVER had ANY problems... They were A well oiled machine every game.... The offense was unstoppable because they looked to the sideline for plays... You have said EVERY team looks to the sideline like LSU did....

I have NEVER one time said that college offenses get the next play from the sideline... That's how it has always worked....

You are the dumbest MF I have ever spoken to... You will stop at NOTHING to suck Miles off.

Its quite pathetic........

I am even more confused now than I previously was. Just when I think dukke v has gone full blown retard, he seems to sprinkle in some troll seasoning to his rabble.

But just like most songs are short lived, so is dukke v's glimmer of intellegince. Give him time, and he has proven that he will circle back to nuclear retard phase all over again.

Have to give credit for the turnaround even though the Moo State-Syracuse-Troy stretch was the worst football I have seen LSU play in decades. 9-3 in year 1 is passable. Let's win the bowl and finish strong in recruiting and I'll go into 2018 with an open mind.
I find when not on the Poli board I tend to agree with you, which makes me hopeful and distraught simultaneously.

Miles earned that defense though. What has O done to deserve being above criticism?

whatever goodwill he built up over his first 5/6 years that afforded you all defending him....he quickly used up the last 4/5 years of his tenure.

If Coach O Wins almost 80% of his games, wins in an 11 year career more overall games than any other SEC team in that 11 yrs., wins more games in his last five years at LSU than Nick won in his 5 yrs here, takes LSU to 2 national championship games, winning one of them, I’ll support him as well.

The interesting thing for me is that Miles has been gone, for all practical purposes, for two years and LSU football, overall, isn’t any different now than it was in his final year or any year since 2012. imo

Can you give O more than one full year to see what happens...or is that asking too much. You're acting as if he's been here forever and is mired in 8-4/9-3 type seasons.

Keep in mind we still haven't seen a decent QB in MC's system. Lets wait and see a bit....any other coach would get the same consideration.

“ you’re acting like he has been here forever”

Coach O isn’t a guy who showed up on the LSU campus in January of this year from the West Coast or Minnesota or Tennessee. He’s been on the LSU staff three years, he’s been in term coach or head coach for two years, he knows Louisiana, he knows recruiting in Louisiana and the south east , and this is his second tour of duty as a head coach in the Western division of the SEC. part of the reason Joe gave for the hire was cause Coach O could come in running with no need for grace period.

I was not happy with the hire, but I’m in no rush to run the man the away. That wouldn’t be good for LSU football. LSU made the hire, we gave the man a contract, and we need to let it play out. The man needs a reasonable chance to show what he can do.

Having said that, I have concerns about Coach O‘s performance since He was handed the interim gig in 9/2016.

Hopefully, we beat the crap out of Notre Dame, we have a great recruiting class, and next year LSU is elite again.
