We have an odd bunch.

Leave early at half, get worked up over a spring game.

Maybe if our fans actually paid attention during the season, they wouldn't be so starved in the off season.

I totally agree with your premise. the spring is like fall ball in baseball. it's for experimenting, working on fundamentals, learning the play book, etc, etc.

my guess is that the players themselves want the game and the adm. uses it for fan PR.

however, I could care less about ANY stat that is stated as I suspect that some are definitely "manufactured" stats. they are meaningless in any regard. all they do is start shite among the fan base, esp QB stats. some fans continue to insist on a formal "QB competition" and some definitely have a "favorite" based on virtually zero knowledge of what the players are actually doing. I perceive some fans QB choice is purely racial and i'm not talking solely about white fans. coaches are going to play who they think give the team the best chance to win; that is the only given. and that's the way it should be.

Look a-hole the problem with America today is that everybody is always worried about what somebody else likes

I'd rather eat shite than go hunt a turkey. And I most certainly capable to multi task the things that matter to me.

Now go fricking mind your own business

Beautiful spring day (hopefully) in Baton Rouge. Stuff for the entire family (especially the kidos) to do. Prolly visit with Mike the Tiger in his magnificent habitat. Food, Fun, Music, and Football. Add to the festivities a chance to be in the sanctuary - Tiger Stadium.

Sounds like fun to me.

You can't be as stupid as your posts suggests.

Jethro! Go fetch me some kindling so I can start a fire for the crawfish and catch me some fish out of the cement pond. Then sneak on over to the Drysdales spread and see if you can corral one of them big ole turkeys that graze in the field.

I don't know if they're weirdos but the phrase, "get a life" comes to mind.

You have crawfish boils, turkey hunting season, LSU baseball, fishing, and tons of other things that make this time of the year great, but like always you have the same crop of individuals that absolutely dive into spring football like it's mid October.

Just not a good look
maybe you haven't read the papers the last 50+ years, but people in Louisiana really like football.

Spring practice is all we're going to get until August. Not a damn thing wrong with that, but you go off and shoot a bird, if that floats your boat.
