Sweeping was the only way LSU could truly win this weekend and give us a better chance to reach the goal. The goal at this point is to make the postseason, not simply win series. You know damn well 4-2 against the worst two teams in the league isn’t enough. We lost the luxury of 2-1 weekends being enough after the hole from the first 5 weekends

Many fans will hold out hope as long as it’s still mathematically possible. You don’t get bonus points except in your head for knowing whether or not it’s a long shot.

Miles never had a season this bad. Never. But for that 1 second too late, he beats AU and finishes that season. This may be the worse LSU baseball team since 1981.
