What did Miles mean by "chest"? As in guts to leave home? I find that odd since the overwhelming majority of our team is comprised of Louisiana kids who stay home.

I sometimes wish Les would've left for Michigan so all you bitches that gripe about any little thing he does would know that we, as fans, have a good coach that can recruit with the best of them and is a good all around coach. I swear to you the grass isn't always greener, but obviously you think it is. Some of you bitches don't deserve to cheer for a winning program.

It's not. ND played Michigan, MSU, USC and Stanford last year. Next year, they also play OU and Miami as well as the previous mentioned teams. They don't play one single FCS school, unlike most SEC teams.

Les shouldn't have said it. He probably wishes he had not said it. He knew cameras were there. It's the age of smart phone videos and instant news.
He usually takes the high road but he didn't in this instance.

I think the context was lost. I was referring to Davis not wanting to compete with the other 6 LB's we signed.

No, the one they are playing from the bash doesn't mention Liggins. He's talking about Keil and he said he didn't necassarily have the chest or the ability to lead a program.
If he didn't have the ability, why the frick were we recruiting him?
I wish he would've just said something like we had a guy back out on us and leave us hanging, but we got lucky and got a great QB for the future.
